What a wonderful beach session this was at South Padre Island Texas! It was a cool February afternoon and the evening light was just gorgeous. I truly enjoyed working with this couple. They are so sweet and kind and the love they have for each other was so evident.

The color of light changed throughout our shoot from bright and airy, to cool blue, and finally some soft pastels. The golden sunlight beaming off of the sand made this incredible pink color. What a perfect combination for a photographer,...a beautiful model, AND amazing light. Heavenly!

What a beautiful day it was to shoot a few portraits. Right after a cold front comes through, the air is crisp, and the light is gorgeous! So loving this 200mm prime I got for Christmas!

Christmas mini sessions in my McAllen, Texas studio were a blast! What kid wouldn't enjoy milk and cookies in their pjs.

The R Family

These lovely little girls really enjoyed milk and cookies in the studio. All smiles here and so so happy. What beauties!

The D Family

I've been photographing this little sweetie since she was in her mommy's tummy. What a miracle that is too watch and get to document. I feel honored! She's a doll and I can't wait to watch her grow throughout her first year.

The A Family

I've watched these little one's grow over the years and it has been a pleasure! They are a blast to play with. Potty humor always gets a smile out these guys. Oh and feeding them sugar makes them happy too. Sorry mom. :/

The V Family

One of the sweetest families. They are so kind hearted and easy going. Their little girl was a dream to photograph. Big blue sparkly eyes! This has to be my favorite stage to photograph: 6-9 months. They can sit up unsupported, love to smile at me, and can't crawl away and go exploring. The best!

The C Family

This was too much fun and a little crazy! Getting 3 dogs to cooperate and look at the camera at the same time was challenging. Words like cookie and outside worked to get their attention but the best attention getter of all time was meowing like a cat. Totally worked even though I looked like a complete weirdo while doing that. Haha!
