Isn't she absolutely beautiful! This session was so fun! Ana was such a good sport. She just let me style her, pose her and had tons of patience with different lighting setups. I wanted to create a couple of different looks, so I hope you enjoy.
I love the this classic look. It's simple and showcases her adorable little belly.
This next look I wanted something very feminine and romantic with a touch of vintage flare. I'm really adoring the lace wrap.
For this look, I was wanting a bit of a bohemian style with some bright pops of color.
What a sweet moment,...Expecting!
I love the nostalgia of vintage photographs so I decided to play around with this shot. A little different editing style here. Thanks mom for taking this for me! — with Regina Bell.
Meet this little sweetie,...Harper at 8 days old. The blanket Harper is sleeping peacefully on was her Mama's when she was a baby. It's so special when an heirloom or something unique is incorporated into a photo session. These keepsakes are so valuable. One of the more memorable parts of this session for me was how helpful Harper's Daddy was. He helped pose her, soothe her and stood close by, spotting her while I took pictures. He was such a great assistant to me. It was so nice to have Dad do the work while Mama was able to rest.
I absolutely love itty bitty baby bits, especially tiny toes. They grow so fast! In just 2-3 weeks newborns will look so different, so it's important to get all of those tiny features captured.
This was such a fun baby session documenting Harper's three-month milestone. Harper's mom and I really thought this one out on the props and the styling of the shoot. We went together to hobby lobby to coordinate the colors in her outfit, the basket, flowers and the banner. I spray painted the basket but the real work went into the flower piece on the basket. I think it turned out beautiful! Mom, you did an amazing job! The great part is that "Mom" has a sweet keepsake from the our photo session that she can use in Harper's room.
This next series of photos is so sweet. Harper had fallen asleep so we posed her on the crate. She woke up for a few minutes, so still, just staring right at me. No fussing or moving. She was really working the camera and giving me some great stuff. Haha! Too cute!
Lots of baby coo's and smiling!
Here's sweet little Amelia at the cupcake factory. She had a great time and was all smiles. Six months or so is probably my favorite age to photograph. They can sit up and look cute, give lots of smiles but aren't quite mobile enough to take off. Such a fun age!
I love the expression on her face in this next shot. Silly girl!
Here's Amelia in her baptism dress.
Baby's are so angelic when they sleep. Precious!
